Tripol will follow and assist each step of the claim for you. This includes dealing with SR&ED financial and technical reviewers as well as any communication with CCRA.

A Tripol consultant will work with you to prepare a detailed technical report describing your project and the development or experimentation performed. Tripol consultants will also prepare all of the tax schedules and accounting reports detailing the costs associated with the project. In the end, we will submit the SRED claim on behalf of your company.

The Tripol claim preparation process is as follows:

• Technical part preparation. Client involvement: 2-3 meetings with the Client's technical lead; each meeting 1.5-2 hours.
• Defining/Optimizing costing part of the projects claimed
• Financial part preparation
• Technical review (optional - if required). Client involvement: 2 hours for preparation and 4 hours for review itself.
• Financial review (optional - if required).
